About this film
At Place Ville Marie in Montréal, The Ring frames a view of the city in autumn rain. Wet streets catch the light, trees add colour between the buildings, and the mountain fades into the mist beyond.
I stopped to record that contrast: a clear circular frame around a view softened by the weather. This ElseVue film is a brief look at an everyday city scene. It sits alongside my films of small discoveries, passing moments and places seen a little differently.
